Passionate for training and education, my journey to the e-Learning world started much like yours - out of an interest in sharing my own knowledge with others, to help people and organisations thrive. Since launching my own online courses, the e-Learing universe quickly became a newfound passion, and I got addicted to helping people and businesses take their expertise online too.

Prior to founding Be.Spark e-Learning, Carina had a 20-year executive career at prestigious hospitality businesses, as well as a Director in global organisations across different sectors. She has an MBA in Business Management, is a certified PMI Project Management Professional, Agile, Prince2, and Lean Practitioner. Her remarkable breath of experience and keen eye for detail, combined with a passion for education and genuine willingness to help businesses thrive, are at the heart of all the services offered here.
